Before anyone can view or sign a document sent through EasySign, we show them the consent below and ask them to select I agree. This is the disclosure required by the federal ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001(c)) for consumers. We record the version of the text and a fingerprint of the exact wording each signer saw in the document's audit trail.
On the signing page, "the sender" is replaced with the name and email address of the business that sent the document, so the signer knows exactly who to contact for a paper copy or to withdraw consent.
Consent shown to signers
The sender has sent you a document to review and sign electronically through EasySign. Before you continue, please read the following.
1. Agreement to do business electronically. By selecting "I agree" below, you consent to receive this document, related notices and disclosures electronically, and to sign it with an electronic signature. Your electronic signature and initials will have the same legal effect as your handwritten signature.
2. Paper copies. You have the right to receive this document on paper. To request a paper copy, contact the sender. The sender may charge a reasonable fee for a paper copy. After you sign, your signed copy is attached to the confirmation email we send you, and you can download it again from the link you received for 30 days after signing.
3. Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw this consent at any time before you sign by closing this page without signing and contacting the sender. If you withdraw consent, you will not be able to sign this document electronically, and the sender will need to arrange another way for you to complete it. Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of any document you have already signed electronically.
4. Scope. This consent applies only to this document and its related notices, not to any other transaction.
5. Hardware and software requirements. You need a device with an internet connection, a current version of a major web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) with JavaScript enabled, access to the email address this document was sent to, and software that can open PDF files to view, save or print your signed copy.
6. Keeping your contact information current. If your email address changes before you sign, contact the sender so they can send the document to your new address.
By selecting "I agree" below, you confirm that you can access and read this consent electronically, that you can open and keep a PDF, and that you consent to use electronic records and signatures for this document.
